Online Booking Service
This clause applies to all online bookings for Harvest Hospitality venues in Australia. Clause 3 will also apply to all online Group Bookings.
Making an online booking
The Website contains online booking facilities for Harvest Hospitality venues in Australia via Now Book It. To make an online booking, you must complete all relevant fields in the online booking flow, including your name, mobile number, email address and any special requests required before booking.
After submitting the online booking request, you will receive an immediate confirmation email.
You will not be charged a booking fee for making an online booking request. You simply pay us for your meal, drink or function at its conclusion.
Changing an online booking
For all online bookings other than Group Bookings, to make a change or changes to the date, time or number of diners in an online booking, you must contact the venue at which you have booked directly.
Any changes are made at the absolute discretion of the Harvest Hospitality venue at which you have booked and are subject to availability.
Cancelling a booking
For all online bookings other than Group Bookings, to cancel your booking, you must contact the venue at which you have booked directly.
Conduct at Harvest venues
Arrival at venue
Entry is not guaranteed at any Harvest venue, and management reserves the right to refuse entry and will not permit entry to those showing signs of intoxication and / or anti-social behaviour. You may be refused return entry to the venue based on previous behaviour at the sole discretion of the management.
No shows
Failure to attend the Harvest Hotel venue at which you have booked at the relevant time specified in the Online Booking Confirmation, or failure to attend at all may result in you being identified as a ‘no-show’. Harvest Hospitality reserves the right to cancel your booking and allocate your table or space to other guests if you have not arrived within 20 minutes of the scheduled time specified in the Online Booking Confirmation. Please ensure to contact the venue if you know you will be late for a booking
Trade Marks and other intellectual property
Harvest Hospitality owns a number of registered trade marks in Australia and also owns (or is licensed to use) all trade marks and logos that appear on the Website (Trade Marks).
You must not use any of the Trade Marks:
(a) in, or as the whole or part of, your own trade marks; (b) in connection with activities, products or services which are not ours; (c) in a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive; or (d) in a manner that disparages us or our information, products or services (including the Website).
In addition, the Website and the technology and processes contained on it may also be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by us or third parties.
